Axe and hammer drifting jigs . Dead simple jigs (DSJ series)

these are what I use to drift the handle holes in hammers and axes.
Once the surface you are shaping doesn’t lie flat on the anvil these give the necessary clearance.

The axe one is Asymmetrical with one side larger than the other And serves for punching a variety of other asymmetric items such as flatters and axes.  
The hammer one is equal. 

these are fabricated from 4140 round bar on the striking surfaces with low carbon steel welded to them for spacers
