Bolt tongs are used to handle hot steel . These hold round and square steel according to the purchased size. They are especially useful for holding things like railway spikes or leaves in organic work. They are forged from half inch 1045 carbon steel to be light weight tough and durable. Tongs are typically 20” /508 mm long overall with the reigns or handles being typically 16”/407 mm long
