Kaowool 2600 degree  Fahrenheit blanket insulation. Also known as cerachem 8#1" .
This is refractory blanket insulation used to create  your own forge .

It's 1 inch thick by 24 inches wide and sold by the linear foot.( i.e.: two square feet per purchased foot)

you would typically use 6 or 7 linear feet to do a double wrap of insulation in a 12" diameter cylindrical forge or kiln.
Recommended to be coated with rigidizer after installation . 

In the forges I build  my practice Is then further coat it with unibond mortar . Then cast a floor from Uni cast 2800 for flux an abrasion resistance
